Please Note......There are NO REFUNDS
Due to the collection being customized, however if there are issues with the fit- we can offer a size switch or alterations but PLEASE NOTE- There may be a chance you do NOT get your original Refix'd selection due to it being a CUSTOM one of one piece.
Any Major Alterations may incur additional cost's
Exchanges on ALL Refix'd collection pieces.

We CANNOT offer refunds/exchanges for anything printed or embroidered other than damaged or misprinted items. These items are printed on demand, so when you order, it is produced, printed then shipped.
If Items are visibly flawed or misprinted upon receipt you MUST contact us via email Sales@Newbynikwoodz.com within 6hrs
of receiving the package with photo proof and descriptions of flaw/mishaps. Failure to do so will result in our inability to replace your item. To be eligible for a reshipment, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it & must also be in the original packaging.
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than (7) days after delivery
- Any item that is returned more than (7) days after delivery
